I have to admit that I haven’t been to Mustard’s Last Stand, however my work has catered it in and it was quite delicious. We ordered a varity of hotdogs with different toppings along with french fries. It was a fun lunch that everyone enjoyed. I hope to go sometime soon!

Mustard’s last stand in Boulder has great hot dogs and crispy french fries. I go there after a long Saturday morning at the Farmer’s Market on 13th Street. It’s good, check it out.

I LOVE MUSTARDS!! Hot dogs, brats, shaved italian beef, burgers, they have it all. However, I recommend sticking with the dogs and brats…unless you want the combo with some added shaved beef on top. They offer all their dogs with a variety of toppings, including onions, tomatoes, peppers, saurkraut and mustard. Unlike many other smaller joints, they also offer fries that taste fresh cut (they may be) and are very well seasoned.

It’s a small place and often crowded, so don’t even deal with it. Grab it to-go and walk 50 feet to the grassy banks of the Boulder Creek. The perfect sunny day lunch or dinner! Just grab plenty of napkins and some ketchup packets.

Mustard’s is an awesome spot, if you can find a space!

My earliest recollection of going to Mustard’s was during a school project. We had camped out in the Boulder Public Library all day working on a report. We got hungry at lunchtime, and because we weren’t old enough to drive we walked over to Mustard’s (which is just half a block away on Broadway).

I remember getting a hot dog with onions and a bunch of mustard. Also, you have to get fries and a coke to go with your dog, so make sure to do so.

Overall, you can’t go wrong with whatever you get, just make sure to eat it Chicago-style (no ketchup!).
