I love go to Mad Green’s during lunch and grab a quick salad.  I usually get the smallest size because they have big portions.  You can customize your own salad with your favorite ingredients.  The one thing that I really like is that you can choose the limit of salad dressing and they shake up each bowl so the dressing is covered equally throughout instead of just pouring the dressing over the top leaves.

    Madgreens in Boulder has great salads. I love the Don Quixote, it has fresh mangoes and avocado. Also the location is great, right in the 29th St. Mall.
