The Walnut Brewery is one of my favorite breweries in Boulder. I recently went there and tried the sampler which is aboug 8 different beers served in 4 ounce glasses. It was a great way to sample all of the beers that are made right there in the restaurant.

    This is a huge claim for me, but I think their House Burger is Boulder’s Best Burger. The large, quality patty is loaded with mushrooms, cheese, grilled onions, and tomatoes, all inside a large kaiser bun. And it’s served with two sides, along with their homemade stout ketchup!! The kettle chips and fries are a classic…and the bbq baked beans are quite tasty.
