I love the Rio as they have the BEST margaritas.  I like to go there and have a few drinks before going out for the night.  They are currently creating a roof top dining area, but for now they have large windows that they open in the front that gives you a great view down Walnut Street.

    I just recently ate at The Rio Grande and it was great! The Margaritas are defiantly as good as they say they are. If anyone else likes Margaritas than you know that sometimes there is too much mix and not enough liquor. The Rio’s Margaritas are just the right amount of both! I suggest eating here if your in boulder looking for a great margarita and Mexican dinner out. On a rating 1-10, with 10 Excellent, I would give an 8.
