On my first visit to Boulder, my mother and I went to Trios for dinner. It was nothing like I had expected. We went all out with appetizers, entrees, wine, and of course dessert. So it has been a few years since I’ve been back however I remember that I got lamb chops that were grilled to perfection and a side of mash potatoes that melted in my mouth. As we dined there was a live band playing in the background and several large parties so there was a lot going on in the restaurant. The cost of the meal per plate was high but the quality was amazing. I would highly recommend Trio’s to anyone who has family or guests in from out of town because the dining experience is truly amazing.
